January Open Work Meetup
We’ll be having our monthly open work meetup again at the Humphrey School on January 27th at 6pm. Bring yourself, your skills, your passion, and your ideas. We’ll bring pizza.
This month we welcome Kelly Clausen, policy and data analyst at Hennepin County’s Center of Innovation and Excellence to talk about the Center and Hennepin County’s upcoming Geo:Code Accessibility Jam and Code-a-thon.
Kelly is passionate about telling the story of the data and enjoys bringing numbers and narrative together to provide meaningful analysis and insight for policy makers in her role as a principal planning analyst. Her areas of expertise include qualitative research, policy analysis and surveys, strategic funding development, grant writing, grant reporting and compliance. Kelly’s background also includes GIS mapping, as well as experience working with Hennepin County business and census data, census promotion, and website design and testing. Kelly has worked in government, with non-profit organizations and in small business marketing research in the financial services industry.
